The AccuTemp E64803E140 SGL is a stand-mounted, single-compartment electric boilerless convection steamer designed to hold six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans.
Steam Vector Technology uses no moving parts inside the cooking chamber. Digital controls include a digital temperature display and an independent electronic timer with programmable preset. The unit requires plumbed water and drain connections and does not require water filtration.
The steamer operates at 14 kW, 480 V, 60 Hz, three phase, and 17.0 amps with a NEMA L16-20P plug. Physical dimensions are 27" wide by 28" deep by 60" high, with a listed weight of 281 lb.
