Welcome to MARTINE, a hospitality marketplace operated by MOYO Atlantic Holdings. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of martinehospitality.com, including purchases, commercial procurement services, and related marketplace features.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About MARTINE

MARTINE is a hospitality marketplace offering products and sourcing services through four departments:

Supply: Hospitality operating supplies, guest amenities, linens, equipment, and consumables.
Furnish: Commercial furniture, fixtures, lighting, décor, and furnishing solutions.
Rent: Rental collections and specialty merchandise provided through MARTINE or participating partners.
Found: Vintage, antique, restored, architectural salvage, and one-of-a-kind merchandise.

Products may be sold directly by MARTINE or sourced and fulfilled through independent manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MARTINE is the seller of record for purchases completed through its checkout.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Customers must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to purchase through MARTINE.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and business information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

MARTINE may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized purchasing, or violations of these Terms.

3. Product Information and Availability

MARTINE strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability.

However, product information may be provided by third-party suppliers and may be subject to updates or corrections.

Colors, materials, finishes, dimensions, and other characteristics may vary slightly from images or descriptions where such variation is disclosed or reasonably expected.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders, with appropriate refunds for payments collected, in accordance with applicable law.
