Order processing
Processing and dispatch timelines are shown in product information, checkout, or your order confirmation when available. Some commercial products require a freight quote or additional confirmation before an order can be finalized. Placing an order does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
Shipping methods and charges
Depending on the order, delivery may be by parcel carrier, freight carrier, local delivery team, or supplier-arranged transport. Applicable shipping and handling charges are provided at checkout or in a written quote before you approve the order. Charges can vary for oversized goods, liftgate service, inside delivery, limited-access destinations, and special handling.
Freight and large-item deliveries
Large furniture, mattresses, equipment, and palletized orders may require someone to receive the delivery and inspect the shipment. Unless expressly included in your quote, freight delivery does not include unloading beyond the carrier’s standard service, inside placement, installation, debris removal, or assembly.
Delivery areas and timing
Availability and delivery options depend on the fulfillment partner and destination. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. We will communicate known changes or delivery issues as information becomes available.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
Inspect deliveries promptly. If the packaging or goods appear damaged, note the condition on the carrier’s delivery receipt where possible, retain all packaging, take photographs, and contact us with your order number and details as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the supplier or carrier.
Rental delivery
Event and furniture rentals may include separate local delivery, setup, collection, security deposit, and scheduling terms. These will be communicated in the rental quote or agreement.
