MARTINE | Returns & Refunds Policy

At MARTINE, we are committed to providing a reliable purchasing experience across hospitality supplies, commercial furnishings, and specialty merchandise.

Because MARTINE is a multi-supplier hospitality marketplace, return eligibility may vary by product, manufacturer, and fulfillment partner. The terms below apply unless a different policy is clearly disclosed on the product page or at checkout.

1. Standard Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included.
A return authorization must be issued before merchandise is shipped back.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Some supplier-direct products may have different return windows or conditions, which will be disclosed before purchase.

2. Commercial & Bulk Orders

Commercial purchases, including case-pack merchandise, volume orders, and project procurement, may be subject to supplier-specific return requirements.

Opened cases, used merchandise, and installed products generally cannot be returned.
Custom-manufactured, personalized, or specially ordered merchandise is generally nonreturnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Large commercial orders may be subject to disclosed restocking or return freight fees.

Customers should verify quantities, specifications, and finishes before placing large or customized orders.

3. Furniture & Oversized Merchandise

Furniture and freight-delivered products may carry additional return conditions.

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon delivery and document any visible damage.

Return freight, pickup charges, and restocking fees may apply to eligible buyer-requested returns. Any applicable charges or restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.

Installed, assembled, customized, or damaged-by-customer furnishings may be ineligible for return.
